I was impressed with the smooth check-in process that used a pin pad for room access. The rooms were clean, and the bed was wonderfully comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. Breakfast offered a good variety, including fresh items.

Fine overall experience. The hotel was nicely decorated with comfortable and easy location near center near tram. Easy check-in and late check-out, pleasant staff. Exceptionally good breakfast with lots of choices. Location very close to the metro line and a factory that seemed to operate through the night which could be heard...

Rooms feel unbearably cramped, especially with excessive luggage!!! Noise from the gas station can be distracting!!! Lacking nearby dining options is a definite downside, requiring public transport for meals.

We arrived outside of check-in hours and still managed to get help. The family room was spacious for three and only a 20-minute walk to Zenith. Hot showers, comfy beds, and a McDonald's downstairs were convenient. Clean and easy to find 😊
